Introduction
SiteCalc® Pro ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our application.
Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, and company details you provide during registration.
Business data: clients, quotes, jobs, invoices, and materials you create within the app.
Usage data: how you interact with the app (pages visited, features used) to help us improve.
Tracking data: device and browsing information collected via the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and personalize advertising on Meta platforms.
Payment information: processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
Mobile phone numbers (if provided): used solely to send SMS communications you or your clients request.
Google Sign-In
SiteCalc® Pro offers the option to sign in using your Google account. When you choose this option, we receive only basic profile information from Google (specifically your name and email address), used solely to create and manage your SiteCalc® Pro account. We do not access your Google password, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data. Information obtained through Google Sign-In is never used for advertising purposes and is never sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate your account.
How We Use Your Information
To provide and maintain the SiteCalc® Pro service.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To send transactional emails (quotes, invoices, portal invitations).
To send SMS messages to clients when you use the SMS feature.
To sync invoices with QuickBooks when you connect your account.
To respond to support requests.
To improve the app based on aggregate usage patterns.
Data may be transmitted to third-party providers strictly to enable features you request, including payment processing, email delivery, SMS communications, and accounting sync. We share only the minimum data necessary for each function.
SMS Communications & Consent
SiteCalc® Pro provides SMS messaging features that allow contractors to communicate with their customers regarding quotes, estimates, appointments, scheduling updates, project status updates, invoices, customer service communications, and responses to customer inquiries.
Contractors are responsible for obtaining appropriate customer consent before sending SMS messages through SiteCalc® Pro. Customers provide consent directly to the contractor, who records that consent within SiteCalc® Pro's consent management system.
After consent is recorded, the contractor sends an SMS opt-in invitation through SiteCalc® Pro. The customer must reply YES or START to the opt-in message to confirm enrollment before receiving SMS communications. SiteCalc® Pro records and maintains the customer's opt-in status.
Only customers who have provided consent and completed the SMS opt-in confirmation process receive SMS communications through the platform.
Message frequency varies based on customer activity and project requirements.
Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL.
Recipients may request assistance by replying HELP or INFO.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are used solely to provide requested messaging services, maintain consent records, process opt-in and opt-out requests, and deliver customer communications.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SiteCalc® Pro does not sell, rent, disclose, transfer, or distribute mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information to third parties for promotional or marketing use.
SiteCalc® Pro uses Twilio as its SMS delivery provider. Information necessary to deliver SMS messages may be transmitted to Twilio solely for the purpose of providing requested messaging services.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted providers, and only as required to deliver the service:
Stripe: secure payment processing and subscription management.
Twilio: SMS communications to your clients when you use the SMS feature.
SMS consent data and mobile phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
QuickBooks (Intuit): accounting and invoice sync, only when you explicitly connect your QuickBooks account.
Google: authentication via Google Sign-In. Only your name and email are received.
Meta (Facebook Pixel): advertising measurement and personalization. Browsing and device data is shared with Meta to evaluate and improve ad campaigns.
Sponsored Partners & Third-Party Links
SiteCalc® Pro may display links to third-party sponsor or partner websites within the app (for example, equipment suppliers or material vendors). We do not share any of your personal information (including your name, email, company details, or usage data) with these sponsors. Clicking a partner link will take you to that company's own website, which operates under its own privacy policy. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply any endorsement beyond a commercial partnership. Partner links are clearly labeled as "Sponsored Partner."
Third-Party Services
SiteCalc® Pro integrates with external providers to deliver core features. Only the data necessary for each integration is shared. Some providers (Meta) are used specifically for advertising and tracking purposes. Each provider maintains their own privacy practices:
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

Essential cookies: required to keep you logged in and to operate core app functionality. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics & advertising cookies (Meta Pixel): We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) to measure ad performance, understand user behavior, and deliver more relevant advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The Meta Pixel places a cookie in your browser and may collect information such as pages visited, IP address, browser type, and device identifiers. This data is sent to Meta and processed under Meta's Privacy Policy and Terms.
Stripe cookies: used for fraud prevention and secure payment processing.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies may limit some functionality and the relevance of advertising shown to you. For more information on how Meta uses Pixel data, see the Meta Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
SiteCalc® Pro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
